Superior was a life saver for me and my family. I had a backed up main line and full septic tank. Going through my home warranty was a joke running around with a bunch of contractors. I had no facilities for 3 days at my home. I called Superior on a holiday weekend and they had their guy out within an hour. We got the tank pumped and they did it for a reasonable price. Called Shawn on Thursday said he would be out Monday. As per our agreement, he text on his way out. Showed up on Monday and did a great job. I watched and he made sure to clean out the tank(s) really well. I will use him again in the future. I really liked his straight up pricing. I called a few places and they had all these "what ifs". Shawn came out and just did what he said for price he quoted. He was a few bucks more than lowest bid and a good amount less than highest bid (I always get 3 quotes). I could just tell when talking to Shawn on the phone he is just a straight shooter.

I had a septic repair scheduled with a different company. That company was not going to be able to make it out to pump the septic tank before the repair was performed. Having the tanks pumped was absolutely critical to the process of getting it repaired. I was referred to Superior Septic Services. I called Shawn at 9:30am on Monday, and told him what was going on. He bent over backwards to make sure that I was taken care of!!! By 6:30pm on that same Monday, my septic tank had been pumped, and Shawn was heading home! He worked late and helped me, when all of the other companies said "sorry, not today, but we can do it later this week".

We had a last minute need to have a septic system inspected on a brand new home in order to be able to close on time. Superior Plus Septic Service came through for us and responded that very day and even provided the inspection report! It saved us greatly by not having to reschedule our house closing. They also spent a good deal of time explaining about the system to us since we've never had a septic tank and they weren't even the company that installed it for the builder. I don't know many companies that would go to the lengths they did and I know you won't be disappointed with the prompt, courteous, professional and quality service! We had a weekend septic emergency and when we called Shawn he answered the phone promptly. No answering machines, no voicemail, no sorry we are closed on the weekend excuses.
