Shawn was incredible!!! I had unknowingly planted a flower bed over my tank lid. He carefully dug up my flowers, pumped the tank, then even tried to put my flowers back the way he found them. Superior was a life saver for me and my family. I had a backed up main line and full septic tank. Going through my home warranty was a joke running around with a bunch of contractors. I had no facilities for 3 days at my home. I called Superior on a holiday weekend and they had their guy out within an hour. We got the tank pumped and they did it for a reasonable price. I'll for sure be using them in the future.

Because this family is the epitome of customer service. They are prompt to return phone calls but typically answer right away. Their goal is to get your tank cleaned out as soon as available AND will even work on a Sunday if need be... Our last clean out, we even had a clogged line out of the house, and guess who didn't have to call a plumber!? Granted, it's not always that easy, but thank you Shawn (sp) for keeping us a priority!

Called Shawn on Thursday said he would be out Monday. As per our agreement, he text on his way out. Showed up on Monday and did a great job. I watched and he made sure to clean out the tank(s) really well. I will use him again in the future. I really liked his straight up pricing. I called a few places and they had all these "what ifs". Shawn came out and just did what he said for price he quoted. He was a few bucks more than lowest bid and a good amount less than highest bid (I always get 3 quotes). I could just tell when talking to Shawn on the phone he is just a straight shooter.

Time to pump my septic system after five years of use. Maintenance company recommend Superior Plus Septic of Helotes TX. I called, quickly set an appointment date about a week out. They called to indicate the time they'd be on site and were here as promised. Very courteous and painless service to pump our 2,000 gallon system. Could not have been more happy. I'll recommend them to others and I will use them again in the future.
